What is included in the price? Local delivery of the bouncy castle, set up, safety briefing, pack up and collection.   Which areas do you deliver to? Delivery is FREE to local areas.  Please see our Delivery Page for further details.  We are happy to deliver to a reasonable distance outside this area, but a delivery charge may apply.  Please contact us for further details.   What time will the bouncy castle be delivered and collected? Delivery and collection times will be agreed with you and confirmed upon booking.   Do you take a deposit? We do not take a deposit to secure the booking. In the event of bad weather we will contact you to establish if you still wish to proceed with the hire. If you decide to cancel in these circumstances no fee will be charged.   Do you fully install the bouncy castle? Yes, we do everything for you.  We deliver and fully install the bouncy castle and safety mats ready for use.  We will give you written safety instructions and go through them with you.  We will collect and fully dismantle all equipment at the end of your booking.   How long does it take to set up? It takes us approximately 15 to 20 minutes to install / collect our equipment depending on the ease of access.   Can I collect the bouncy castle from you? No.  We need to install and collect the bouncy castle ourselves for safety reasons and insurance constraints.   Do you hire castles overnight? Overnight hire is available by prior arrangement only and an additional fee of £25 is charged for this. A refundable cleaning deposit of £50.00 is also required for overnight bookings. This is returned upon collection of the inflatable, provided it is found to be in clean and good order. Two forms of identification are required for overnight hires (see below).   How far in advance should I book? Booking early is highly recommended, especially during the summer months and especially on weekends and bank holidays.  However we can occasionally meet demands on the day.  If you need to make a last minute booking please call us, as we will always try to help.   What happens if it rains? All our castles have fully fitted shower covers however, in the event of bad weather, we will contact you to establish if you still wish to proceed with the hire. If you decide to cancel in these circumstances no fee will be charged.   What preparations should I make before taking delivery of the bouncy castle? Our bouncy castles are delivered on a sack trolley and we require a minimum clear access of 3½ ft wide.  Please ensure that any paths leading to the area where the Bouncy castle is to be erected are clear and that the proposed site is reasonably level, free from obstacles, stones, sharp objects, dog mess etc, and is not excessively muddy.  If there are any overhanging trees or bushes encroaching on the proposed site, these will need to be pruned back prior to our arrival.  The unit cannot be sited where any side of it brushes up against bushes, trees, fences etc.  Barbeques must not be sited within 25 feet of the inflatable.  We will unfortunately have to refuse bookings for sites that are unsafe/unsuitable.   How much room will I need for the bouncy castle? The dimensions of each castle are quoted on this website, along with the set-up area required.  As a general rule, please also allow for 6ft of space to the front and rear of the castle and 3ft to either side. There should be no overhanging branches within 3 feet of the top of the castle.  If you are at all unsure, please call for further details.   What about an electricity supply? We will need access to mains power electricity within 25 metres of the site, although we can supply a petrol generator for hire, at an additional cost of £25 per day, if there is no access to mains electricity.   Can you set the bouncy castle up on a patio or driveway? No, for safety reasons any inflatable sited outdoors must be sited on a reasonably flat lawned area so that it can be securely staked to the ground.   Can you set the bouncy castle up in a hall? Yes, most of our bouncy castles are suitable for indoor use in halls.  Always enquire with the hall you are booking as to the size of the room and the height of the ceiling.   Do you hire adult bouncy castles? No, we don’t currently have any adult bouncy castles for hire.  Please note that adult equipment is made very differently from children's castles and adults using children's castles causes damage to castles and can cause injury to users.   Do you offer bouncy castles for hire for fetes & fairs? Yes, we do hire equipment for fetes and fairs.  Please contact us for more details.   Do you have Public Liability Insurance? Our equipment is supplied under protection of a Public Liability Policy, which is subject to the terms and conditions of hire agreement, of which you will be required to read and sign, as You, the hirer, are responsible for supervision at all times.  We will provide a written copy of safety instructions, which are based on current HSE guidelines.   Do you belong to any Trade Associations? We are full members of the B.I.H.A. (British Inflatable Hirers Alliance).  All BIHA members agree to follow a Code of Conduct and agree to only hire out inflatables that are in a safe and clean condition.   Are there any safety instructions that I should be aware of? You will be required to read and sign the terms and conditions of hire agreement, as You, the hirer, are responsible for supervision at all times.  We will provide a written copy of safety instructions, which are based on current HSE guidelines.   If I need to clean the castle what can I use? Our bouncy castles are thoroughly checked and cleaned prior to every hire. If it is necessary to clean any soiling prior to us collecting at the end of your hire, then only hot soapy water (washing-up liquid) can be used to clean the castle. Chemical cleaning agents must not be used.  It is important to clean any marks made quickly.  Face paints for example must be cleaned off immediately whilst they are still wet, if not the face paint will permanently stain the castle.   How do I make a booking? Cash payment is required upon delivery.   Do I need to show any identification? We do need to see two forms of identification for bookings. A utility bill showing your address and another form of ID showing your name & signature such as a driving licence. We will be unable to proceed with the hire if you fail to provide identification.
